BANTUAN LUAR NEGERI INDONESIA DALAM KERANGKA KERJASAMA SELATAN SELATAN DI AFGHANISTAN TAHUN 2017-2022
Abstract
This article is the result of research on “Indonesia's Foreign Aid in the South South Cooperation Framework in Afghanistan 2017 - 2022”. The purpose of this research is to find out the reasons that encourage Indonesia as a developing country to provide its foreign aid within the framework of South South Cooperation consistently in 2017-2022, by specifically analyzing Indonesia's foreign aid motives in providing assistance using the concept of foreign aid motives according to Maria Andersson. Data collection techniques are carried out through two ways, namely interviews and literature studies. The framework used in this research is the liberalism approach, the concept of foreign policy, the concept of foreign aid, and the concept of foreign aid motives. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the reasons or motives that encourage Indonesia as a developing country to provide foreign aid consistently to Afghanistan in 2017-2022 include humanitarian motives, ideology motives, identity motives, and strategy motives.
