DAMPAK KONFLIK SURIAH: KEKERASAN SEKSUAL TERHADAP PENGUNGSI PEREMPUAN SURIAH DI LEBANON TAHUN 2015
Abstract
Penelitian ini berfokus pada bagaimana konflik senjata di suriah meningkatkan kerentanan perempuan pengungsi terhadap kekerasan seksual di Lebanon 2015, serta mengevaluasi perlindungan yang diberikan oleh pemerintah Lebanon. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan analisis dokumen, penelitian ini menerapkan teori liberalisme dan konsep human security dari Muhbub ul Haq, yang menekankan perlindungan individu dari berbagai ancaman, termasuk kekerasan fisik (Keamanan pribadi), keamanan komunitas, dan kemanan politik. Hail penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kurangnya kerangka hukum, akses minimal layanan perlindungan, dan norma sosial patriarki memperparah kerentanan perempuan pengungsi Suriah terhadap kekerasan seksual. Kondisi ini menyebabkan kegagalan sistem dalam mewujudkan keamanan pribadi, keamanan komunitas, dan kemanan politik bagi pengungsi, serta mengurangi kebutuhan akan pendekatan multi-sektor untuk memperkuat perlindungan dan keadilan bagi korban.
