REVITALISASI HUBUNGAN DIPLOMATIK ANTAR NEGARA-NEGARA GULF COOPERATION COUNCIL (GCC) PASCA AL-ULA SUMMIT PADA TAHUN 2021

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana dampak, langkah, tantangan dan prospek revitalisasi hubungan antar negara-negara Gulf Cooperation Councils pasca Al-Ula Summit pada tahun 2021 dengan menggunakan Pendekatan neorealis, Konsep Kepentingan nasional dan utamanya Regional Security Complex Theory (RSCT). Penelitian ini kemudian menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, tipe penelitian deskriptif analitis dan pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa rekonsiliasi GCC melalui Al-Ula Summit berhasil meredakan ketegangan diplomatik dan membuka kembali jalur komunikasi yang sebelumnya terhambat oleh blokade terhadap Qatar. Namun, hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa revitalisasi hubungan ini belum sepenuhnya mampu menciptakan stabilitas jangka panjang. Masih terdapat fragmentasi dalam kepentingan nasional, pengaruh aktor eksternal seperti Iran dan Amerika Serikat, serta perbedaan kebijakan luar negeri antar anggota GCC.
