Abstract

This study aims to: 1). Knowing the position of Pancasila ideology according to the Indonesian constitution; 2). Knowing the Relationship between Religion and Pancasila in the Perspective of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. This research is a normative legal research conducted by examining library materials or secondary data. The approach used is the statutory approach and the conceptual approach. Pancasila as the ideology and basis of the Indonesian nation and state is explicitly stated in the opening of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, so that there is no need for legal products that have the same position as Pancasila. In its dynamics, the relationship between religion and the state needs to be built based on a symbiotic and dynamic-dialectical typology, so that it has a good impact on the life of the nation and state.
