RELEVANSI TEORI KARL MARX DAN RALF DAHRENDORF DALAM IMPLEMENTASI OMNIBUS LAW CIPTA LAPANGAN KERJA SEBAGAI ALAT PERWUJUDAN REVOLUSI INDUSTRI 4.0
Abstract
The industrial revolution 4.0 brought many changes including in the scope of labor law, the Indonesian government made legal reforms in the form of an omnibus law on job creation which consisted of simplification of business licensing, investment requirements, employment, convenience and protection of MSMEs, ease of doing business, research and innovation support, government administration , The imposition of sanctions, land acquisition, investment and government projects and economic zones, the existence of the Omnibus law actually raises many questions and conflicts for the Indonesian people because it is felt to have 2 opposing sides, the Omnibuslaw creates conflict in society because it is considered to injure the public interest as regulated in the law. The Constitution and the Law for clarifying class boundaries in society. This phenomenon is reminiscent of Karl Marx's Conflict theory with its conceptions of social class, social change, power and the state where these conceptions are mutually sustainable with each other and Dahrendorf's Theory which sees society as two sides, with conflict and cooperation. This study uses a qualitative method and aims to provide a view for the community that not all conflicts have a negative connotation, but in the industrial revolution 4.0 and the implementation of the Omnibus law, conflicts in society can be seen as things that are in the process of bringing good changes to society.
