IMPLEMENTATION OF POLICIES REGARDING THE FAMILY PLANNING VILLAGE PROGRAM IN ARJASARI DISTRICT, BANDUNG REGENCY
Abstract
Research on the implementation of policies regarding the Family Planning Village Program in Arjasari District, Bandung Regency was conducted to determine the implementation of these policies by exploring various sources of primary and secondary information using a descriptive qualitative approach that describes a certain situation from the facts that occur in the research process, both in the form of behavior, perceptions, motivations, actions and others without manipulating the observed phenomena. The dimensions that are used to measure implementation are: basic measures and policy objectives, policy resources, inter- organizational communication and implementation activities, characteristics of implementing agencies, economic, social and political conditions, and implementing tendencies. The results of the study indicate that the IMPLEMENTATION OF POLICIES REGARDING THE FAMILY PLANNING VILLAGE PROGRAM IN ARJASARI DISTRICT, BANDUNG REGENCY, the ideal measure of achieving program target standards has not been optimally achieved, human resources are adequate, financial resources and facility resources are still relatively lacking, communication with transmission / distribution information is running well, clearly and consistently, the organizational structure can work well, the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is complete and clear, but in terms of cooperation still needs to be improved, the influence of the program on economic and social conditions, on public opinion is quite positive , good political elite support, response, understanding and serious attitude from implementing agencies that are already good but need to be improved.
