IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN TENTANG IZIN TRAYEK PADA PEMERINTAH KABUPATEN BANDUNG BARAT
Abstract
The national development currently underway is comprehensive and equitable
development both materially and spiritually in order to achieve the welfare of the
population. The reality that occurs in various regions in the implementation of regional
autonomy, in general, regions still have weaknesses in obtaining sources of income and
finance. This is caused by the low level of resources owned by the region in processing
and utilizing all its potential to serve as a source of regional income and finance. The
regional financial position can indicate the autonomous position of a region, because
with the financial capacity of the region, the Regional Government is declared capable or
not of managing its own household. One form of policy includes services provided by the
Regional Government to the community, namely activities in the licensing sector. There
are various types of permits issued by the West Bandung Regency Government, one of
which is the policy regarding Route Permits.
