IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PELAYANAN DRIVE THRU PADA SISTEM ADMINISTRASI MANUNGGAL SATU ATAP (SAMSAT) WILAYAH KOTA BANDUNG III SOEKARNO HATTA
Abstract
The environmental conditions in carrying out land registration through the
Samsat Drive Thru Service are quite harmonious and conducive, with cooperation carried
out in a friendly manner between the Bandung Soekarno- Hatta City Regional Dispenda
apparatus. Relations between organizations are in accordance with the provisions of
regulations that have been determined, these regulations are in the form of a decision

carries out employee training to improve quality through increasing knowledge and
abilities as well as discipline and work ethic, as well as budget resources for
implementing the Samsat Drive Thru Service policy. The Bandung Soekarno- Hatta City

Thru Service Policy has been quite successful. Several activities were carried out aimed at
