EFEKTIVITAS DINAS PERUMAHAN DAN PERMUKIMAN DALAM PENATAAN KAWASAN PERMUKIMAN KUMUH BERDASARKAN PERATURAN WALI KOTA NOMOR 55 TAHUN 2022 DI KOTA BOGOR
Abstract
It is felt that the slum settlement program in Bogor City has not been running effectively.
It is felt that the services provided by the Bogor City Housing and Settlement Department
still have many limitations. By increasing the efficiency and productivity of land use with
the aim of realizing an orderly and orderly order of control and use of land, in the sense
of developing new areas and developing city areas in slum areas on illegal land. The
Housing and Settlement Department of Bogor City has not yet implemented rewards for
officers who excel, but officers get other satisfaction, whether material or mental. Bogor
City Housing and Settlement Service officials inspected the area, with various
management policies planned, but the community did not want to just accept this plan
because some people felt they would have a negative impact due to leveling or taking
away part of their residence to be used as a public road or drainage. The use of existing
land in Pulo Geulis is generally residential, Pulo Geulis has a very strategic position
because it is close to Bogor City Center.
