ANALISIS PELAYANAN PUBLIK DI KECAMATAN BUNAKEN KOTA MANADO DALAM MEMBERIKAN PELAYANAN PRIMA
Abstract
The research aims to determine the quality of public services in
ManadoSub-district office, supporting factors and service barriers in
ManadoEast office.
This method of research is descriptive research with a qualitative
approach. Qualitative descriptive research is a study aimed at describing and
describing the events and phenomena that occur in the field and presenting
data systematically, factual, and accurately regarding facts or phenomena
occurring in the field. Data collection is done by observation techniques,
interviews, and documentation.
The results of this study showed that the quality of public service in the
district office of Manadoeast district has been applied the dimensions of
Tangibel, Realiability, Responsiviness, Assurance and Emphaty and its
indicators. But there are some indicators that have not walked according to the
wishes of the community, such as the inconvenience of the place of service
including facilities and infrastructures that are not complete, not experts in
using the service, and the unkindness of employees in the service process.
The inhibitory factor of public service implementation in ManadoDistrict
office is lack of employee resources and still lack of infrastructure. While the
supporting factors are the spirit given by each other employees, holding a
coordination meeting or some kind of evaluation every 4 months then give the
planting of awareness to serve the community with sincerity and according to
conscience
