PENGARUH IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PEMERINTAH DAERAH TERHADAP PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM PENANGGULANGAN BENCANA TANAH LONGSOR DI KECAMATAN PARONGPONG KABUPATEN BANDUNG BARAT

Abstract

The research is aimed at finding out how much influence the implementation of local government policies has on community participation in landslide disaster management in Parongpong District, West Bandung Regency. This study uses an explanatory method with a quantitative approach to measure independent variables with dependent variables through dimensions which are then described through indicators that can be measured quantitatively so that a hypothesis test model can be used. This study used a sample of 144 consisting of 100 people in Parongpong District and 44 Parongpong District Apparatus and Apparatus of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of West Bandung Regency. This study is related to the measurement of influence so that measurements were carried out using Simple Linear Regression. The results of the study showed that the Implementation of Local Government Policies (variable X) obtained a result of 84.58% which is in the very good category, while Community Participation in Landslide Disaster Management (variable Y) obtained a result of 86.37% which is in the very good category. Then the results of the study showed that the influence of the Implementation of the West Regional Government Policy on Community Participation in Landslide Disaster Management in Parongpong District, West Bandung Regency accepted the alternative hypothesis (Ha: ρ ≠ 0) by obtaining partial testing through t count> t table (11.054> 1.976). This means that there is an influence of the Implementation of Regional Government Policy on Community Participation in Landslide Disaster Management in Parongpong District, West Bandung Regency.
