IMPLEMENTASI E-GOVERNMENT BERBASIS APLIKASI SIMPELDESA DALAM SISTEM PELAYANAN DI DESA CIBURUY KECAMATAN PADALARANG KABUPATEN BANDUNG BARAT
Abstract
The research "Implementation of E-government Based on the Simpeldesa Application in the Service System in Ciburuy Village, Padalarang District, West Bandung Regency" this research departs from the results of pre-research in the field that researchers have carried out, in the implementation of digital villages it has not fully run in accordance with the objectives of the digital village itself, because there are still obstacles and problems in the implementation process. People still use manual services, namely coming to the village office to take care of administration, which should be done online at home. As said by one of the residents named Anggraeni in a pre-research interview, the community did not fully know about digital villages and digital-based services.
Based on the problems that occur, research questions can be formulated on how to implement simple village application-based e-government in the service system in Ciburuy Village, Padalarang District, West Bandung Regency. This research uses theory. According to Harvard JFK School of Government research (Indrajit, 2004), three success factors must be recognized and taken seriously to apply the concept of digitalization to the public sector. Namely, support, resources (capacity), and benefits (value).
Researchers used descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. Descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documents. The number of informants in this research was 4 people. Data analysis techniques are reducing words, presenting data and concluding data. Based on the research results, it is known that the program created is appropriate by taking into account internal and external factors and its implementation is still not optimal because it only provides education and indirect outreach to the community so there are still people who do not know and have not used the Simpeldesa application in providing services. Apart from that, there needs to be self-awareness from the community itself to be able to adapt to current system developments.
