STRATEGI PEMERINTAH DAERAH DALAM PROGRAM PEMBERDAYAAN RUKUN WARGA (P2RW) DI KELURAHAN BAROS KOTA SUKABUMI

Abstract

The research entitled "Local Government Strategy in the Community Empowerment Program (P2RW) in Baros Village, Sukabumi City". The research problem is that the strategy of the PUPR office in the community empowerment program in Sukabumi Village has been running effectively and efficiently. The purpose of the research is to describe and analyze the Office's Strategy in running the program, describe and analyze inhibiting factors and efforts made to overcome these obstacles. The research method uses descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through literature studies, field studies (interview observations). Informants: Planning Sub-Division, Building Data Division, Construction Services, Housing and Settlement Division. Based on the results of the study, it shows: the strategy implemented by the office is optimal. Judging from the objectives, environment, direction, actions and learning, the implementation of the objectives has been maximized because the program implemented has been running well. The anticipation carried out as an antithesis of the problems in the field has been running well
