KINERJA APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN CATATAN SIPIL DALAM PELAYANAN E-KTP DIMASA PELAKSANAAN ADAPTASI KEBIASAAN BARU KABUPATEN BANDUNG BARAT

Abstract

The title of this research is "Performance of the State Civil Apparatus of the Population and Civil Registration Service in the E-KTP Service during the Adaptation of New Habits in West Bandung Regency". The research problem is due to the Covid-19 phenomenon, so a new adaptation has been created, especially in carrying out services to meet the needs of E-KTP and other administrations at the Population and Civil Registration Service of West Bandung Regency.

Descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques with the inclusion of a field study. Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The analysis and informant unit is the presence of several ASN employees of the Population and Civil Registration Service of West.

The results showed that the new adaptation that was carried out did take some time to be able to get used to doing a service to the community, especially in meeting the needs in making E-KTP and other administrations. Although there are still some obstacles, the employees of the Population and Civil Registration Service of West Bandung Regency here are also trying to maximize their performance regency
