PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK TERHADAP KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT DALAM PROGRAM KENDARAAN KELILING DI DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN PENCATATAN SIPIL KABUPATEN BANDUNG BARAT
Abstract
This research is entitled: "The Influence of Public Service Quality on Community Satisfaction in the Mobile Vehicle Program at the West Bandung Regency Population and Civil Registration Service". The problem of this research is the lack of public satisfaction with the quality of the dear football pick-up service.
The research method used was an explanatory survey with a quantitative approach. Library and field study collection techniques (distribution of questionnaires). This research uses the statistical product and service solution (SPSS) 22.0 program using Random Sampling techniques and a population of 1,799,501, a sample of 100.
Based on the results of this research, it shows that the public service quality variable obtained a score of 67.5% in the quite good category. Community satisfaction is in the quite good category with a score of 66.72%. The results of this research show that the results of the hypothesis test for the variable quality of public service on community satisfaction with the mobile vehicle program at the population and civil registration service in West Bandung Regency, show that the tcount value is greater than ttable (6.837>1.664), so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that there is a significant influence between the Quality of Public Services on Community Satisfaction in the Mobile Vehicle Program at the West Bandung Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. So in this case, to maintain a better category between these two variables, further research is needed regarding the quality of public services on community satisfaction in the mobile vehicle program at the population and civil registration service in West Bandung Regency using instruments or other methods such as through interviews so that this can be achieved. explain descriptively.
