Bantul Regency has great potential for natural and cultural tourism. However, Bantul Regency is able to face challenges in realizing inclusive tourism that is friendly to persons with disabilities. Many studies have highlighted inclusive tourism but most still focus on general aspects of inclusivity in general without exploring in depth accessibility for persons with disabilities, even though accessibility is the main foundation for creating inclusive and socially just tourist destinations. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the strategy of the Bantul Regency government in creating sustainable inclusive tourism. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis. The results of this study indicate that Bantul Regency has not fully developed inclusive tourism, with accessibility facilities that are not evenly distributed across all tourist destinations, although there have been some initial efforts. Therefore, this study provides suggestions so that the Bantul Regency Government can create tourism facilities that are in accordance with accessibility standards, fair, inclusive, and sustainable, in accordance with Law No. 8 of 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem telah berhasil meningkatkan akurasi data penggajian, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan. Namun, masih terdapat tantangan pada aspek kualitas sistem terkait kompleksitas antarmuka dan keandalan operasional. Kepuasan pengguna tercapai tinggi karena sistem mampu menjamin integritas data dan transparansi, meskipun terdapat resistensi terselubung akibat kesulitan adaptasi teknologi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan penyebaran kuisioner kepada 109 responden yang dipilih secara acak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kebijakan kenaikan tarif parkir dinilai kurang efektif. Mayoritas responden menyatakan ketidakpuasan yang dipengaruhi oleh keberadaan parkir liar, fasilitas dan pelayanan yang belum memadai, serta keraguan terhadap kontribusi kebijakan ini terhadap peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD). Faktor utama yang memengaruhi keputusan masyarakat dalam menggunakan lahan parkir meliputi lokasi, perbedaan tarif, dan waktu penggunaan. The focus of this research lies on three core capabilities, namely thinking ahead, thinking again, and thinking across, which guide the local government in formulating, implementing, and adjusting sustainable stunting reduction policies. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method through interviews, observations, and documentation in related agencies. The results of the study indicate that thinking ahead is reflected in the utilization of child growth monitoring data as the basis for long-term planning and policy formulation. Thinking again is shown through routine evaluation mechanisms, reflection forums, and the ability to adjust programs based on field conditions. Meanwhile, thinking across is demonstrated through strengthened cross-sector collaboration with village governments, health workers, educational institutions, community organizations, and private actors in providing nutritional interventions and community education. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze in depth the implementation of the TKDN policy in the e-catalog-based procurement of goods/services at the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education. This research employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through literature review and in-depth interviews with key informants involved in the procurement process within the Ministry. The analytical framework used is George C. Edward III’s policy implementation model, which focuses on four key dimensions: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research results show that the implementation of the TKDN policy has generally been underway, but not optimally in all aspects. In the communication dimension, information delivery and policy clarity are readily available, but technical understanding at the implementing level remains variable. In the resource dimension, limited human resource competency, inflexible budget allocation, and uneven distribution of infrastructure across all work units were identified. The disposition dimension indicates a positive commitment from implementers to the policy, but compliance levels are still affected by administrative and technical barriers. Using a literature review approach, this study examines various scholarly findings and policy documents related to the implementation of SPBE in emergency response processes, focusing on speed, accuracy, and inter-agency coordination. The findings indicate that SPBE plays a strategic role in accelerating decision-making through the provision of real-time data, technology-based geographic mapping systems, and digital communication between institutions. However, its implementation faces several challenges, including limited digital infrastructure in disaster-prone areas, low digital literacy among human resources, and the suboptimal integration of information systems across national and regional agencies. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas kebijakan pengawasan AMC di Bandara Halu Oleo Kendari, dengan meninjau aspek regulatif, implementasi di lapangan, pelaksanaan kebijakan, serta hasil akhir dari pelaksanaannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara mendalam terhadap petugas AMC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun AMC telah menjalankan kebijakan berdasarkan regulasi nasional dan SOP internal, efektivitas kebijakan masih belum maksimal. Pelanggaran seperti ketidakteraturan penempatan peralatan GSE, penggunaan kendaraan tidak laik pakai, serta temuan tumpahan oli dan Foreign Object Demage (FOD) masih sering terjadi. Hambatan utama berasal dari minimnya fasilitas pendukung, belum adanya legalitas formal petugas, dan lemahnya sistem evaluasi serta penegakan sanksi. Kabupaten Bojonegoro merupakan daerah yang telah menerapkan kebijakan pengujian kendaraan bermotor gratis. Kebijakan pengujian kendaraan bermotor yang diperbarui dalam upaya untuk memudahkan masyarakat dalam melakukan pengujian kendaraan guna meningkatkan keselamatan berkendara. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pengujian kendaraan bermotor gratis di Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Metode penelitian menerapkan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik penentuan informan yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Teknik keabsahan data diperoleh melalui triangulasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yaitu pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Uji Kendaraan Bermotor Gratis di Kabupaten Bojonegoro berdasarkan faktor komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi atau sikap pelaksana, dan struktur birokrasi dapat dikatakan cukup berhasil.
