ANALISIS URGENSI PENERAPAN COLLABORATIVE GOVERNANCE DALAM PENANGGULANGAN COVID-19 DI KABUPATEN LOMBOK UTARA
Abstract
The emergence of Covid-19 in early May 2020 in North Lombok Regency (KLU), spreading to every district, had infected 114 people by October 2020, with 5 fatalities. However, due to the government's limited capacity in resolving the Covid-19 pandemic, there is a need for collaboration involving various stakeholders. In this regard, the government should engage civil society, community leaders, NGOs, universities/academics, and other stakeholders in formulating, planning, and implementing policies related to Covid-19 mitigation in North Lombok Regency. Based on the above description, a problem statement is formulated, focusing on the analysis of the urgency of implementing Collaborative Governance in addressing Covid-19 in North Lombok Regency. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach, utilizing in-depth interviews with KLU government officials responsible for managing Covid-19. The research findings indicate that the North Lombok Regency government has implemented Collaborative Governance by actively involving community leaders and maximizing the participation of several Civil Society Organizations in Covid-19 mitigation. Additionally, they continue to collaborate cooperatively with NGOs outside the established task force organization.Top of Form
