Abstract

The research focused on “Medical Service Performance by the Administrative and Medical Officials at Puskesmas Rawat Inap District Mariat in Sorong Regency” is done to get the qualitative description about the officials performance according to the quality aspect, quantity aspect, disciplinity, adaptation, knowledge and capability. It is done in descriptive qualitative approachment through interview and field observation involving some informants which are taken purposively. The result of the analyzis on the  quality aspect, quantity aspect, disciplinity, adaptation, knowledge and capabilityshows that the official’ medical service  performance is in good level as the result of the good cooperative work among the officials to cover the organization’s deficiency by maximizing the superiority they have.
