Abstract
Konsep Strategic Corporal menekankan peran penting pemimpin tingkat bawah dalam operasi militer modern, di mana keputusan taktis dapat berdampak strategis. Makalah ini mengeksplorasi relevansi konsep ini bagi TNI AD dengan menyoroti peran Babinsa sebagai contoh penerapannya dalam konteks pertahanan Indonesia. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka, makalah ini membandingkan penerapan model Strategic Corporal di berbagai negara serta menilai tantangan implementasinya di TNI AD. Ditemukan bahwa pelaksanaan konsep ini dapat meningkatkan fleksibilitas dan efektivitas operasional melalui pemberdayaan pemimpin lapangan. Namun, tantangan dalam bentuk perubahan budaya organisasi, reformasi pelatihan, dan sistem akuntabilitas perlu diatasi untuk memastikan keberhasilan penerapannya. Oleh karena itu, TNI AD perlu mengadopsi strategi berbasis pelatihan kepemimpinan, teknologi komunikasi, dan sistem pengambilan keputusan yang lebih desentralisasi.
