TRANSFORMASI DIGITAL DALAM REFORMASI BIROKRASI DI KEMENTERIAN PERTAHANAN
Abstract
Artikel ini membahas pentingnya Transformasi Digital bagi terwujudnya Birokrasi di Kementerian Pertahanan. Urgensi penelitian ini melihat bahwa birokrasi di Kementerian Pertahanan sampai saat ini masih bersifat konvensional sehingga terkadang menghadapi masalah seperti prosedur administratif yang lambat dan berbelit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana implementasi digitalisasi dalam birokrasi pertahanan dan memberikan rekomendasi bagi pemangku kebijakan. Penelitian ini pendekatan kualitatif dan analisis data menggunakan NVivo 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi sistem digital signifikan dalam mempercepat proses administrasi, meningkatkan koordinasi antar-unit dan menghasilkan birokrasi yang bersih, akuntabel dan produktif. Hasil penelitian juga menemukan bahwa kesiapan SDM dan infrastruktur teknologi masih menjadi hambatan utama. Implikasi temuan menyarankan kebijakan yang lebih adaptif, pelatihan SDM yang berkelanjutan, serta investasi dalam sistem transformasi digital.
