POLA INTERAKSI STRATEGIS INDIA-ISRAEL DALAM KONTEKS HUBUNGAN INDIA DENGAN UNI EMIRAT ARAB

Abstract
Penelitian ini menganalisis pola kerja sama strategis antara India-Israel yang memengaruhi hubungan India dengan Uni Emirat Arab (UEA), terutama pasca-Abraham Accords dan terbentuknya forum I2U2. Berpondasikan dari teori interdependensi Robert Keohane dan Joseph Nye, studi ini mengkaji bagaimana dimensi sensitivity, vulnerability, dan asymmetry interdependensi memengaruhi dinamika trilateral ini. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa kemitraan India-Israel, yang kuat di bidang pertahanan dan teknologi, telah mendorong India untuk mempercepat dan mendiversifikasi interaksi strategisnya dengan UEA. India memanfaatkan modal finansial dan posisi logistic UEA untuk mengurangi kerentanan terhadap ketergantungan Tunggal pada Israel, sekaligus memanfaatkan asymmetry pasar besarnya sebagai jembatan sinergi teknologi Israel dengan investasi UEA. I2U2 merupakan manifestasi konkrit dari saling ketergantungan ini, di mana kepentingan ketahanan pangan, energi, dan hub logistic India terpenuhi melalui kolaborasi yang mengelola dan memanfaatkan kekuatan unik masing-masing anggota. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa kerja sama India-Israel secara signifikan membentuk pola interdependensi strategis yang mendorong munculnya forum multilateral di Timur Tengah.
